Steve was very thorough, detailed, and always responsive when I requested information and had questions. I was working with a couple of other recruiters that made me feel as though I was an afterthought but Steve always responded to my requests for information in a timely manner and was always available if needed to chat about things. Interviewing is a very stressful process and Steve helped to reduce some of that.

About Steve Nini:

Steve has provided white glove treatment from day 1. He listened to my needs and matched me up with companies offering interesting work. Some of the most helpful things he does is making sure I know who I am interviewing with (including info about linkedin or other social media), making sure I have a google calendar invite (because interviewing for multiple positions can get confusing), and always making sure he gets my feedback after the interview about how I am feeling about a position. Steve is someone I trust to help me find a position that's a good fit for me, as opposed to some recruiters who just want to fill a position with anyone. HireClout is definitely a company I would reach out to any time I come on the market for a job, and I have already mentioned HireClout to my colleagues. This is recruiting done right.
