I appreciated that I felt like he was transparent about the plus/minus of the roles and not trying to "sell" me on anything but rather trying to determine fit. It was also helpful that he followed up after my interview to see how it went and to hear that he was meeting again with the client on Friday so that I know what the next steps are and when to get feedback.
