About Erika Dictado:

This is a long process with a government client taking months between steps. She has been great at following up and staying in contact. In an age of magicjack using outsourced Indian recruiters Erica is a prime example of why you don't do that. I've already sent her a few associates resumes who have started to look because of her interactions.
