As a Stock Clerk, you'll be essential in supporting warehouse and production operations by accurately managing inventory and ensuring seamless material flow. You'll work closely with the inventory management team to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

What You’ll Do:

• Count, record, and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Perform regular cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Properly store materials and finished products in designated areas, ensuring organization and easy access.
• Prepare and stage materials required for production needs.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipment schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall operational efficiency.
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems to accurately track stock levels and movements.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, stock clerk roles, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory data.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software and RF scanners.
• Experience with RF scanners (ID: 115475) or similar technology to ensure efficient and precise stock management.
