The work that Luz does is really good, but the treatment of the highest employees from Amway are not really good. The people that organized everything to know where are we supposed to go, is not good, because they have a preferences with the peek week workers, and they are the beautiful young ladys, and they give the most easy jobs, and they don’t help other co-workers, and when these ladies say something they are moved to more easy task.
