Hiring in the Ontario for a Customer Service Representative with 3pl Logistics and Routing background.  Job Title: Customer Service Representative  Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 DOE Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some overtime required)  Temp-to-hire position Key Responsibilties: 

• Provide exceptional customer service in a warehouse, 3PL, or Logistics background experience for accounts
• Coordinate with clients and retail buyers to assure smooth order processing
• Manage documentation, tracking shipping
• Ensure compliance with all routing requirements 
• Resolve all client issues and good communication skills

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience with 3PL  Logistics background
• Familar with Retail Routing Guidelines
• Strong communication skills and written skills
• Experience with managing order processing systems
