We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing Stock Clerk / Inventory Counter to support our warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory accurately, maintain stock levels, and assist in the timely movement of materials to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Job Title: Stock Clerk / Inventory CounterĀKey Responsibilities:
Count, record, and maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Perform regular cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory audits.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Properly store materials and finished goods in designated locations to maintain organization and accessibility.
Prepare and stage materials for production as needed.
Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following safety procedures and company policies.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
Previous experience in warehouse, stock clerk, or manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory.
Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory or ERP systems.
