The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting the Planning & Building department with performing a variety of office support duties including responding to public inquires in a timely manner! The Office Specialist Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of office support experience
  • Bilingual Spanish & English skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Types 40-50wpm
