First impressions set the tone for the experience and I'm elated, because AJ Blount is a phenomenal recruiter!! I have been traveling now for about years now and some of the recruiters just did not care; so to have someone like AJ is a true blessing. I absolutely love the fact that if she doesn't know the answer, she will consult with her manager and get back to me in a timely manner. Ai had one everything yo get me the job and making sure that I have everything I would need to move forward. Very informative. She calls every few days just to check on me and see where I’m at in the process even though it’s taken longer than expected she’s been patient with me
