Montrice is the most responsive, motivated, tenacious recruiter I've had the pleasure of working with! All while being respectful to my needs and not pushy. From minute one, she was on the ball going back and forth between the management to get immediate answers and see what additional pay or benefits could compensate for the extensive distance of the position. I know she went above and beyond, thinking creatively outside the box to find solutions or workaround a prerequisite that I did not have - getting management to make an exception. I felt she would've created my perfect ideal position if it were within her power. I have not met another recruiter that was willing to put in the late hours and pound the pavement to help you reach success.
