I had the pleasure of speaking to Robert during my first tenure with HSP in 2018. I felt he was very professional and had great authenticity to his voice and phone presentation. He was very reliable, responsive to questions and problem solving; and when my gate clearance took longer than normal, he displayed efficient yet sensitive "hand holding" while I waited.
