Trishia has excellent recruitment and management skills. She has great listening skills with an ability to quickly comprehend and reason through situations to come up with logical solutions and excellent feedback. She helped me navigate through a very difficult work situation. She helped me to be able to see the situation from a different perspective, allowing me to problem solve and come up with the resolution that best fit the problem. I actually had my pay rate increased in the middle of a contract to match the $5.00 per hour more that a co-worker from another agency received. That co-worker is now working for HSP, thanks to Trishia's willingness to work fast in making the effort to communicate the benefits of working for HSP and negotiate with my co-worker to meet the needs that her company was not at the time.
