Jason is really up to date on jobs and the clinical areas I’m interested in. He is prompt to get me pay packages and details on the facility. If he doesn’t know he finds out. That’s probably my favorite part of dealing with Jason is his ability to get answers! Sometimes he can be a little paternal with me and I feel that we have to go over things more than once…I think this comes from his need to make sure everyone is on the same page and clear moving forward. My experience so far has been good although we haven’t made it to an actual assignment yet. So I have no feedback regarding on-the-job issues. But getting me to that point he is terrific!
