Yolanda has always replied to me in a timely manner. She's kept me up to date throughout the process and helped me with any issues or concerns. She's never rushed me out made me feel pressured. I feel like I'm still in control and part of the plan when I talk to her.

I appreciate every attempt she has with me to understand and try and find a solution so I can be successful. She’s been with me from day 1 and made sure she could meet all of my needs. I’m happy I’m connected with an individual who cares about my current and future needs as a Nurse.
