Brooke did a great job getting an understanding of my background, resume, and wants in a job. Once she had an understanding, she recommended me for a position that sounded like a great fit, explained the role in full detail, both the positives and potential negatives of the job. This let me know if I should apply for the position or not. Once we determined that I should apply, she worked with me on the pay range, eventually leading to me getting the upper end of my range. She helped me prepare for all portions of interviews, from tailoring my resume to the job, letting me know potential questions of the interview, to reviewing my final interview presentation.
