Kirk checked on me during my assignment, he answers questions to the best of his ability. Recently he advocated for me when payroll REFUSED paying me for an issue that was not my fault. Ochsner Lafayette added a workday software and accidentally some staff employee numbers were changed including me. I was not aware that my employee number had been deactivated. I couldn’t access Kronos. My unit manager was involved helping to fix it. After explaining my ordeal to payroll they still insisted to provide Kronos login.
