I was born and raised in a small town by the name of Harrodsburg, KY. Fun fact, my fiance and I are from the same town - I was his high school crush, he was my best friend (friendzone HARDCORE lol)... 12 years' later we are now engaged and raising a beautiful family of three dogs: 3-year old Australian Shepherd named Blu, a 3-year old Goldendoodle Berkeley Mae Gracey and a 15-wk. Pitbull mix, Piper Leigh.
I graduated from Georgetown College with a degree in communication in May 2017. After graduation, I started my career in event planning (corporate events, weddings, community events, etc.) I loved every second of it. In 2020, the world was faced with a global pandemic where many lost their jobs, I being one of them. I found out about GIFTED Healthcare through a friend & from the moment I interviewed to now, I am so grateful for the career path change. I never saw myself as a recruiter, but I am beyond thankful GIFTED saw potential in me.
With that, if you work with me, I promise to always see the potential in you. I will always guide you, be transparent and will always be the first to reach out and stay on top of everything.
If you chose to work with me, I will do everything in my power to find you the perfect assignment
Why I love recruiting...
I love recruiting because of the connections you make with the clinicians & seeing the impact you make in the world
When I'm not working, I love to...
Run and workout, play with my three pups, spend time with family and friends, & plan my wedding (June 2022).
Bailey is ah-mazing at what she does. For the first time, I had a recruiter that was very attentive to my needs and wants as a travel nurse. She actually listened to my concerns and worked diligently to accommodate them. Bailey goes over and beyond her job description. She exudes compassion in every encounter that we shared.

Bailey was an AMAZING resource for me every step of the way through this process!! She was available any time I needed her, night/day/weekend. She seemed truly interested in making sure I got everything I needed and that I was comfortable with all that was happening. It was a difficult process and without her, I probably wouldn’t have finished.
