I could not ask for a better nurse recruiter! Georgette has been my nurse recruiter for 7 months. During this time I have grown to trust Georgette and sincerely feel she has my best interest as a nurse at heart. She is involved, listens and follows up. Anytime I have had work related questions or needed to vent she was available. There have been times I e-mailed her after office hours and on the weekends, she has always responded. I have received random e-mails from Georgette asking how I am doing and how my assignment is going. Before I completed my last assignment, Georgette was already looking for my next assignment based on my needs. Georgette rocks!

About Georgette Wendt:

Georgette has been wonderful with me. She was very patient and persistent before I was hired with Gifted, even kept checking in while for months while I was on contract with another company. Then when I was available, it was like she just swooped in and found me a spot like magic. She's also been very patient with me while I worked my way through Gifted's processes like submitting hours, verifying payroll, insurance and credentialing. I hope Gifted appreciates her and what she means to the nurses she supports.

I have taken my first travel assignment EVER- and Georgette knew I wanted to be within a certain time frame from my hometown. She provided several choices, worked her magic and got the facility I choose to agree to an 8 wk contract vs a 13 wk contract along with having in writing on my contract that nee facility was acknowledging a scheduled vacation I already had planned and paid for which those dates were written into the contract and company signed and agreed to allow me those specific days off. When meeting other travelers/agency nurses at my location on th first day no’s one knew what the schedule for the day was or what to expect. Yes - Georgette had forwarded me the entire email she received from the facility with all detailed information m. Nothing was done last minute either. I felt like I was the only nurse there with the plan together. I read day one orientation outline to the other new staff that I had in my Instruction email - they were all asking who/what company I use because their recruiter did not prepare them the way I was prepared. I was very thankful I had chosen Gifted Healthcare and Georgette was my contact. She has be extremely patient with me and all my questions, which means the world to me also. You will not regret choosing Gifted Healthcare to facilitate your travel contracts - give them a try!!
