I have to say that I originally did not start out my assignment with Katie, but was switched over due to some unseen circumstances. And while I got along just fine with my previous recruiter, I LOVED working with Katie! She was always so warm and kind, and made me feel like I could contact her at any time, any day! When chatting or texting, Katie was always so pleasant to speak with. I've had recruiters in the past who's name I would dread to see pop up on my phone, but I was always so happy to see Katie's name! Aside from being so friendly, Katie was also on top of her game. She would get things taken care of in quick and timely manners, address my concerns right away, and make sure my hours were always entered so that I could get paid. She made things happen! I did take a permanent position for personal reasons, and will miss working with Katie. But when I broke the news to her she was so so happy for me, and helped me feel like I was making the right decision (as opposed to other recruiters who would want me to stay traveling for their own benefit). I wish I had someone to refer to Katie, because I CANNOT recommend her enough!
Katie took the time to get to know me and my preferences. She put in time and effort to cultivate a trusting relationship. Katie made me feel heard which led to an enjoyable partnership between the two of us.
