Joe was direct and to the point as necessary. He understood my technical aptitude and I feel that he will be able to communicate my skill level. He also gave a very clear and concise view of the business that I applied to, and I feel that I understand what the role will require of me. Additionally, he went the extra mile by asking me how I doing at the beginning of the conversation and making small talk about weather. Completely unnecessary, but the right amount of “I give a fuck about your life” leaves a warm feeling. He demonstrated just enough care that I felt humanized, but not so much that I felt intruded upon. If I am ever in need of growing my company I would absolutely consider his services.
