Jorge listened especially when facilities were less than desirable. I disagreed with the feedback of the host company. They were often not forthcoming with the assignment. Twice, I signed a contract for nights and was put on day shift when I arrived at the facility, despite their claim that I had agreed to day shift. The last assignment, I was forced to put my foot down and decline the assignment
