She was straight to the point and concise with her communication. Her knowledge of the industry was apparent and she did a great job of getting to know me and my work experience in the cannabis industry. She also understood my current position in the company i currently work with. We also chatted about my personal life and together we realized this position wasn't a good fit for me and she never pressured me in any way. I enjoyed my conversation with her very much and now i have someone i can turn to when we are looking for a specific higher level position within our company.
