About Julia Swensen:

I've been in retail close to 20 years. I've worked for great organizations and dealt with a few recruiting firms and recruiters along the way. My experience with Flower Hire, particularly with Julia, was, by far, the best to date. I connected with Julia back in July for a totally different role. Back then nothing professional came to fruition but we spoke and remained connected. Fast forward to October and where we are now. The process to place me in my current role was superb. Not sure what was best, her knowledge of the industry, her ability to make every conversation feel so organic, her prompt responses or her ability to find my perfect home. Regardless she made this process painless, productive and the outcome was, at least for me, a dream. Julia's timing could not have been better. She first contacted me when I was firmly entrenched in my company and job, and not at all considering a career move. The very day that the integration work began by the acquiring company and I saw redundancy in my position (and therefore an eventual elimination of my position), Julia reached out to me. It was not only a breath of hope in what was otherwise a pretty dismal day, but the opportunity sounded amazing....and it has proven to be even better than any of us could have known.
