I had a great time speaking with Sarah. She responsed to my initial contact within 24 hours and set up our first call. I was instantly put at ease by her calming and friendly demeanor. It felt like I was connecting with an old friend and we have never met. I'm in the midst of a changing careers which can be a daunting endeavor.
