Julia's timing could not have been better. She first contacted me when I was firmly entrenched in my company and job, and not at all considering a career move. The very day that the integration work began by the acquiring company and I saw redundancy in my position (and therefore an eventual elimination of my position), Julia reached out to me. It was not only a breath of hope in what was otherwise a pretty dismal day, but the opportunity sounded amazing....and it has proven to be even better than any of us could have known.
