Drew reached out to me when I applied for a position that FGP was recruiting for. He promptly contacted me and we set up a phone interview to access my experience and to ask what I was looking for in my next place of employment. Immediately, I recognized that Drew was genuine, thorough, had excellent people skill, insightful and sincerely wanted to assist me in finding a job that fit my desired needs. Through the next couple of months Drew consistently was easy to contact and provided clear concise communication. I received a job and am now employed with the best company I have ever worked for. When I first receive a call from Drew about a position, I knew he was different than any other recruiter I had worked with before. He knew my qualifications and experience and it didn't seem like he was just reading my resume. Even though the first opportunity didn't work out, Drew kept my information on file and kept contacting me with new positions that he thought would suit my qualifications. The third job that Drew reached out to me for ended up being the position that I am currently in and is what has turned out to be my dream accounting position. Drew prepared me for the interview by reminding me to do research on the organization and to make sure to be prepared for a few key interview questions. He made sure that I knew all of the responsibilities and duties that were to be expected of me in this position and I went into the interview the most prepared I have ever been. I also believe I gave the best interview I ever have, thanks to Drew. Drew has been an exemplary example of what a recruiter is supposed to be; he had excellent communication, was very personable, and ultimately matched my skills and desired qualities to a position that I am very happy in.
