About Evelyn Haltiwanger:

My experience with Evelyn from Find Great People has been truly second to none. From the moment we had our phone interview, her attention to detail stood out in the best way. When she followed up afterward, everything she recorded from our conversation was spot-on and so carefully captured that I was honestly blown away. What really impressed me was what happened during my interview with the Vice President. I hadn’t even submitted a resume yet, but the document he had in front of him looked like a fully polished, professionally formatted resume… and it was all based on the notes Evelyn took. I told him right there, “I’m not sure where you found this recruiter, but she is phenomenal.” He laughed and said their team has made his job difficult because they keep sending him such strong candidates. To me, that speaks volumes about her talent and dedication. Evelyn is precise, thorough, and asks the right questions to truly understand who you are. She is exceptional at what she does, and working with her has been an absolute blessing.
