Each and every correspondence with Brianne felt like chatting with a good friend. Whether texts, emails, or calls, I looked forward to her enthusiasm as she simultaneously led the way and shared in my journey of acquiring a new position. It’s easy to see how her guidance can take a candidate from being overlooked to being the choice hire. Find Great People truly practices what they preach in Brianne’s case, and they should be most proud of her ambassadorship, as she instills in her clients a memorable and pleasant experience, leaving me with the hope that one day, if I ever find myself in a situation needing to do so, I’ll be able to work with her again.
Drew reached out to me when he reviewed my resume on Indeed.com. He already knew most of my experience is in the area of accounting especially A/R & Collections! That was very nice & after explaining what I was looking for, Drew gave me 3 job options! He definitely understood what I jobs I'm interested in I believe he will be able to assist me in finding a good fit!
Marycruz has been incredibly helpful! She was the first Find Great People recruiter (other than Christen Moore) that I felt truly cared and wanted to help me - and actually reached out to me with an opportunity! To be honest, and I hope this doesn't negatively affect my future applications, as I just came across another position with FGP that I'm very interested in and will apply for, I've felt dismissed by some of the other recruiters I've worked with (not just with FGP but other recruiting companies as well - and not all FGP recruiters either), which has made me feel like I'm "not good enough" for them, or that they don't want to waste their time on me. But I have a lot of experience, skills, and abilities, and have a lot to offer ANY company. Unfortunately, I've been through layoffs with my last few positions, so I know my resume doesn't look "perfect". That doesn't mean I wouldn't be a valuable candidate and asset to any company I work for. There's a lot more to me than my resume, and I appreciate Marycruz for giving me a chance and believing in me! I also appreciate the tips she shared to help me with my first interview for the position she found for me, which were very helpful. She's also a really good "cheerleader", making me feel like she's really rooting for me and wanting me to have success in my job search. Overall, my experience with Marycruz has been great - I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the job market.
