About Madison Shealy:

Communication could have been somewhat better. Also job description was incorrect in programs and times required to work. The end result are what matter and that was amazing.

About Madison Shealy:

I knew this probably wasn’t going to go so well when I asked Madison to send me information on a job opening I applied to my new email address, with my new name (I recently got married and changed my last name, therefor I made a new email address to make it easier for hiring managers / recruiters alike). Upon me confirming i’d like more information about the position, she immediately sent it to my old email provided. She also scheduled my first initial call and interview call at extremely inconvenient times when I had expressed neither time would work for me, which made me feel rushed in the interview process. Had Madison actually taken the time to work with my schedule along with accommodating the hiring managers, this probably would’ve worked out better in all of our favors. I also didn’t appreciate that the FGP version of my resume stated that I was still in my current position, when I explicitly told Madison that I ended my role in April 2025, which was extremely embarrassing to explain when the CEO of the company’s first question for me was why am I leaving my current role and set me up for disaster for the rest of the call. My advice to Madison is to slow down to speed up, and to truly take time to throughly understand her candidates, their qualifications, their current job situation and accurately relay that to the employer, as opposed to rushing into checking all the boxes to get somebody in an interview for whatever commission check she’s getting.
