As a recruiter, I can say that Courtney is one of the best I have EVER come in contact with. She reached out to me earlier in the year and was great in her explanation of the role Execusource was looking to fill and how I could be a fit. Timing, on my end, was not right at the time and dialogue ended. Roughly 4 months later we picked up dialogue, picking up right where we left off.
Courtney moved the process along in a timely fashion, gave me every piece of information I needed to be confident in the process and worked to move it to a positive and timely end result. She called, texted and got back to me immediately on anything I needed, with many of those occasions being off hours.
She is professional, empathetic, personable and was a major influence on my decision to the join the team. Execusource is lucky to have her, and I am lucky to have her as a co-worker.
I applied to a job Angela was recruiting for, and after speaking to her about what I want in a job, we agreed that this specific job wasn’t for me. She then mentioned another job that she was recruiting for that sounded like a great fit for me. I ended up interviewing for that job and receiving an offer! I greatly appreciate Angela for listening to my needs and being able to find the perfect fit for me.
Angela was very responsive to any and all questions I had. I never had to question where I was in my job interview process- constantly kept me updated!

Abi was Super professional and attentive from day One. She took the time to listen to me, to address any questions I had and was very friendly. She made me feel important and valued from day one.
