About Abi Pratt:

I truly appreciated her help throughout the entire hiring process. Talking with her never felt like your typical recruiter experience, it honestly felt more like chatting with a friend. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping me updated and checking in regularly, which I absolutely loved. Even though we never met in person and only spoke over the phone, she made a genuine connection that really stood out. I wish I could make copies of her and bring her with me to every job I apply for, she’s that amazing!

About Abi Pratt:

Abi is a fantastic recruiter who went above and beyond with every step of the process. She is very personable and after a brief phone screening for a specific I applied for, she understood my goals and "got me." Abi gave many specific details about the prospective employer, including tips for the potential interview. She was on top of all communication and sent me text updates as well as getting me pumped up for the interview. She even re-formatted my resume, making it look much better. I think Abi truly cares about her role and what she does, she strives to make sure that a prospective job candidate and an employer are a match. Even though I did not get an offer for the role, I'm very grateful for Abi's assistance and have never worked with a recruiter as attentive as her before. She's an absolute gem! Thank you, Abi!
