Ericka at Ethos Medical Staffing has been wonderful! They say you’re not supposed to befriend your recruiter because it’s a business relationship. Though, Ericka is my direct link between the awful negotiations and formal work that prevent me from representing myself in the travel nursing world. So, I do consider her a friend, and she has been there for me from day one. Ericka has made me feel like I’m her only client in the world, and I can’t imagine having a nicer, patient or more responsive recruiter than her.

Ericka is awesome! I understand she is newer to the company but talk about going above and beyond and helping us with each concern. My husband and I are a travel pair and she has been so thorough and flexible! After doing this for 10 years with multiple recruiters and companies, I can honestly say I would recommend her to anyone! We FINALLY feel like we are being properly represented to the facility as well as being treated like humans! Thank you for all of your hard work and persistence (as well as patience)!
