About Vaughn Nys:

Vaughn was very encouraging and optimistic, however, I felt that I was under-qualified for the position I was interviewing for. Vaughn kept saying he thought I had what they were looking for, even though my skills did not match the job posting at all. The person I interviewed with agreed. It may still end up in a job offer for a different position, so for that I am grateful, but it felt like he was a little over-eager to get me in for the interview.
