Bernie is very knowledgeable concerned an understanding when you have questions or follow-up questions and she answers on bus to her knowledge and almost all the time she has the right answer or she doesn't have the answers she finds a way to get it and then gets back to you in a timely fashion, there isn't too many people out there that do that nowadays!
