Carlan has gone above and beyond to find potentially a good job for me. My situation makes this a particularly hard challenge and I respect the fact that he has never given up finding the right position. He has always offered valuable insight and advice in difficult unusual situations as well and I have always found his advice to be very accurate and honest.
