Why I love recruiting...

Having spent most of my 20's as a contract and temporary employee in the manufacturing arena, working for several staffing companies, I have a complete understanding of the contract employment arrangement from the perspective of employee/employer/recruiter/client points of view. My training and education for hiring contract employee's comes from years of personal experience, not a textbook or manual. I truly treat others as I would have liked to be treated out of respect and appreciation.

When I'm not working, I love to...

be outside. All things outside, such as; camping, fishing, hunting, socializing. There is nothing better than gathering with friends on a patio or porch and sharing stories.
