I’m currently on my second contract with Zac and couldn’t recommend him enough. Zac is very helpful with securing contracts and making sure that they’re going smoothly once secured. He’s helped me navigate all problems I’ve encountered and always communicates through each step of the process. You won’t regret working with Zac!
Ask a first time traveler, Zac has been very helpful in navigating this space. He was detailed in his explanations of the travel industry. Even if he didn’t have an answer he could direct me to the right people. I would recommend Zac for all levels of travelers, especially new travelers. He definitely assisted in a smooth transition into travel as possible.
Andrew contacted me regularly thru the Winter, as I had requested. Spot on!
This early Spring we communicated re hospice options in CA. Said he would check details of a pay package I was interested in, and would call me with the info before submitting me. Next day when another recruiter I was working with (other co.) was submitting me for that contract, I received an interview text from that travel account staff (hospice) for an interview. Andrew had submitted me without my knowledge! Now that hospice company received 2 submissions from different travel companies. Caused me to feel terrible! Andrew called and told me that it made Core look bad because of what I did(??) That his acct manager from Core was upset and felt "the rug was pulled out from under him." Andrew shared feelings about me choosing to submit thru another travel co., saying, "You know how uncomfortable you felt. Now imagine how my account manager felt." and "I worked with you over the winter and called when I said I would and now this" (working w/another recruiter) At the end of that conversation, I sat there in awe, wondering how a professional in his arena could say words that would place blame on a client for going with another company; making the best choice for me. I asked Andrew if he thought that sharing these feelings and statements with me was necessary. He then agreed that it probably wasn't.
All in all, my time with Andrew did not feel supportive at the end. I believe a mature and professional way to handle that situation would have been, " I am so happy that you got the travel assignment and pay package you wished for! I look forward to possibly working with you in the future! Congratulations."
