I have been working with Kelsie for the past 2 years or so between 3 different assignments, and I honestly wouldn't work with anyone else. I worked for 3 different companies/recruiters prior to meeting Kelsie and I certainly knew by then what kind of recruiter I needed. She is extremely attentive to needs and respects all aspects of my desired timelines, settings, locations, without being pushy or recommending positions outside of my parameters. She was extremely patient and understanding while I worked out various factors during/between assignments with regards to where to go/stay, etc. Kelsie is a worker, non-stop, and fights to get the maximal compensation for assignments before they begin, and is present every step of the way if there were issues which arose during assignments, always having my back and supporting. She has an innate ability to connect with people and is very personable, and frequently checks in just to see how my day and assignment is going. I have recommended her to every one of my colleagues both in PT and other allied/nursing fields that are interested in traveling. She makes the experience fun and easy.
