Tristan goes above and beyond to make sure both myself and my travel partner are well taken care of. His responses are practically immediate. He reaches out even if he hasnt heard from us just to make sure we are doing ok. I came to him with a problem I was having with a very unrealistic expectation on my contract and in less than 24 hours he coordinated a meeting with the key people both at Core and the LHC branch we are working for and I had resolution before end of day.
