He asks about my dad and just wants to know if I'm ok. He is thoughtful and considerate and kind. Always very helpful when I can't get in touch with any of the reps at the co. And advocates for me. He has been a blessing.
Meghan is very knowledgeable, and very patient. She is very understanding and is always available when I need her. I definitely recommend Meghan as a outstanding recruit.

I have worked with a lot of recruiters in my 8+ years as a contract PT. Michael Beelman is the best there is. Hands down. He isn't pushy and actually listens to what I want for a contract. He is willing to work with me if something isn't right and is all around a very personable and relatable and attentive recruiter. He is the single reason I'm with CoreMedical. I followed him from another travel company to stay with him when he hired on with CoreMedical. He is truly the best asset you have at your company and should be given a promotion and a raise. I send all my referrals straight to him and can't say enough good things about him.
Josh Matte is incredible! His best attribute is that he really listens!! He has helped me by understanding my desired work locations and hours. He has helped me find incredible contracts, where I most wanted to be.
I took 5 months off recently, after my granddaughter was born early and went to the NICU for a few weeks. Even though I was away from work, Josh kept me posted on the new assignments near my desired locations. He checked in to make sure my granddaughter and family were ok. He's concerned about what's going on with me!! He's personable and makes me feel like he's truly interested in what is happening in my life and what my needs are.
Josh has a rapid response time. If I call and he's busy, he calls me back quickly. If I write him emails, he answers rapidly. He's always on his game, so to speak, and I love that about him!!
I don't think there's another recruiter as great as Josh Matte! I tell all of my medical friends that they need to ask for him, if they want to travel with CMG. I had another recruiter when I first filled out an application in 2019. He was very short with me during conversations and not helpful. This actually made me change my mind about trying travel nursing and I just stayed home.
One day in 2022, Josh called me, for the first time, to ask if I was interested in an assignment. The cheerfulness in his voice and his knowledge of the contract made me accept within minutes. He helped guide me through the hiring process with ease. Any questions I had, he had the answers!
As I look back, I'm thankful that I waited, because Josh makes me feel good about myself and my abilities. He let's me know what my reviews are from the places I've worked but also tells me when something comes up that looks bad on me. I know he will always ask my side of any event (there's only been one) because he's concerned about my welfare, as much as he is about what happened. He helped guide me through the problem, to a workable solution. I left that contract with a great review, because of his guidance!
My current contract is difficult, at best. Josh has checked on me frequently, listened to my problems, wrote down my concerns, and has followed up on those concerns with the company. He takes what I say and helps to make it better. Not just for me, but for other CMG travelers that are at this location.
I could write for hours, about the wonderful attributes of Josh. He's that awesome!! I'm a very blessed person to have Josh on my side, through the good and the bad. He has made traveling, as a contract hospice nurse, a breeze. I don't believe I could have done as well without Josh as my support person.
