Tristan has been absolutely wonderful! He's very good with communication. Even when there's nothing in particular to call about he still will check in and see how my contracts are going and if there's anything I need from him or the team. I feel that working with Tristan and CMG has been a really great first experience with travel nursing and would definitely recommend and have.

He didn't rush through the "basic" questions. Seemed like he wanted to talk. I've worked with recruiters in the past and they were dismissive or kept trying to place me in jobs against my preferences. Tristan did not do this.
