This time, finding an assignment took awhile as the opportunities seemed pretty scarce. I appreciated Nicole’s perseverance in looking. She asked alot of questions about myself and what I was looking for. Had a couple glitches in the beginning that she took ownership of and figured out a solution. I appreciated her honesty/transparency.
