Kelsie immediately put me at ease and made me feel important to her on both a professional and personal level. She not only listened to me, but actually heard me and addressed my needs regarding location and setting of service provision. AND, most importantly, she is awesomely responsive in an emergency. For example, my first contract cancelled 2weeks before I was to report for work, she had a better position for me within a week. And then that contract hired permanent on Day 3 of my contract…again, she helped me secure a desired position within a week! She is AWESOME!!!!
