About Nicole Fraden:

She is very personable and warm. Nicole has been with us in our job searches for over two years now and had been patient when jobs did not fit after interviewing. Nicole is the first one to dig and keep looking even when the job market is slow trying to find a good fit for us. She listens well to your needs. She is always the first recruiter to check in with us and keep us up to date if new jobs pop up. She does fantastic balancing my husband and I as we are a PT/SLP team which is significantly harder to do than it sounds. She has been able to find jobs in the same place or worked within our preferences to find two separate but commutable locations for us as well. She is great and quick to answer for any questions or help with onboarding for Core. She is available whatever your prefered methood of contact is whether it email, text, or phone. Most importantly Nicole makes us feel like we matter and are not just another tally on a sheet or Traveler that Core benefits from. Nicole is also on our side and we always feel heard and like valued members of her traveler team.

She is available in a timely manner, she responds thouroughly, she provides great advice and information throughout the onboarding, hiring, and negotiations processes, and she is personable and highly professional. She is one of the first to check in for jobs, willing to dig and hunt when it is slow, and most importantly I feel she has my back and I am not just another traveler to her and to Core.
