I couldn’t be more pleased with Diego and Concentric. There are lots of details at the start of the contract like lab work, signatures, first day instructions, travel considerations, miscommunications by healthcare site and so many unknown crises that pop up due to the nature of the business despite the best laid plans. Diego is always there. His follow up is prompt, which is often very crucial. I have always felt like a valued asset which is very refreshing in a world where health care workers are often regarded as “disposable.” He calls me after the first day of a new contract. He checks up on me through the calendar year whether I am on an assignment or taking a break. I have gotten contracts everywhere I have ever requested. I get a dozen emails from recruiters every week, but I would never consider leaving Concentric due to the quality of service they provide. Thank you Diego.
