My name is McKenna Ellis and I was born and raised in Vancouver WA! I attended college at the University of Oregon, and soon after graduating I went to Europe for a few months, which I believe started my love for travel. In 2017, I moved down to San Diego and started my career in Travel Nurse Recruiting. After 3 amazing years in Socal, I made my way back to the Portland Oregon area and began working for Coast Medical Service! I love dogs, being outdoors and talking to amazing nurses every single day.

Why I love to recruit
It is very rewarding being able to help clinicians explore the US while assisting hospitals that really need extra help. Travel Nursing allows nurses to expand their learning and really reach their full potential.

When I'm not working I like to
Go to the beach, hike, actively search for dogs online to adopt and go to happy hour!

First time talking to her about getting an assignment she went straight to searching for the best with good rate. Anytime I come up with another search she looks into it and tells me what is required. The holiday interrupted the process I am sure come Monday she will get me something. McKenna is very friendly over the phone, respective, warm, knowledgeable and passionate bout what she does. Will continue working with her.
