About Tony Marino:

Tony is amazing! I've worked with multiple contract companies and I can confidently say that Tony is the best recruiter I've had the pleasure of knowing. He is an outstanding human who treats people with warmth and kindness, and he is a competent, hardworking professional who does everything in his power to put professionals in the positions that best meet their needs. As a newcomer to contract work and travel therapy, Tony taught me all about the process and held my hand through every step so that my transition into a new type of career was seamless. When short term contracts fell through, Tony immediately made sure that I felt safe and confident, then began to find backup assignments. I've always felt supported and cared for by Tony. I consider him a lifelong friend and wholeheartedly recommend working with him.

About Tony Marino:

Tony has been great since day one. He is always available via phone or text anytime during the day. Tony was always great about getting back to my questions/concerns regarding the travel process. He was honest and straight forward which I really respected. Unfortunately, my first assignment fell through due to Covid-19, but I plan on using Tony and Cariant again once things return to normal. I would highly recommend Tony and Cariant to anyone looking to do Travel PT. The team at Cariant/Rehab Visions makes you feel like you are part of a team and family.

About Tony Marino:

Tony was my one and only recruiter for 3 years and was recommended to me by a friend. While other therapists had multiple recruiters, I only had one. I purposely chose to stay and work with Tony because he listened to every need and priority. We had developed a level of trust and transparency that allowed our working relationship to flourish. There were 2 distinct times in my travel PT career when the facility I worked with, made an attempt to take advantage of him. However, we were diligent in our contract and had specified the details in our contract. Tony served as my champion and protected me through all my contracts. He provided weekly check-ins just to make sure that I didn't have an issues and helped me troubleshoot solutions for any problems I may have encountered. For his continuous support, I remained loyal to him as my recruiter. Even though I have settled down and taken up a full-time job, I still remain in touch with him and pass along his information to those who seek an opportunity to learn more about Travel PT. Thank you Tony for being such an awesome recruiter!!

About Tony Marino:

As a traveler I worked with a number of different companies to ensure I was able to obtain the best assignments in the location and settings I wanted. However, the only recruiter I ever trusted was Tony, he always went above and beyond with his honesty, hard work, and commitment to actually listening to me and helping me get what I needed. When fellow PT's ask about my time as a traveler and who to work with. Tony is the only name I give them.

Tony is really the only recruiter I would contact if & when I were looking for another travel assignment for several reasons. He is thorough in following up in a timely manner; honest about details of the available positions; he does not approach me with positions that don't fit my skills or wants; very knowledgeable; & most of all, just a wonderful person!
