well its been good so far, she is very helpful when I have a question and if I cant reach her she dose get back to me in a timely matter and when she dose not have an answer she will look into it and will get back to me as soon as she can find and answer.. and she is very nice when I do get her on the phone...

Shelby is extremely helpful, and so friendly! The kind of person I feel like I would hang out with during lunch if we worked in the same building. :) I never feel like a burden when I pepper her with questions and she is eager to give me the answers I need. My only issue is not with Shelby specifically, but I have questions that I have asked many times through her that she has “pinged” people about but have never received replies. I know that’s not Shelby’s fault of course, but as my only resource for information it is a little frustrating that I cannot ask the questions directly.
