I liked Gavin's energy. He was upbeat, great with timing, and was not overbearing in the least. He was very encouraging and interested in what I had to bring to the conversation. He gave me a few days (for me, it is just the right amount of time as I just purchased a new computer and was working on getting it set up) to get my paperwork submitted and at that time, he called with a friendly reminder.
