Lindsey has a very upbeat personality and seems very positive. It would help tremendously when she is out of office on vacation etc that she let us know - I have worked with other agencies where if the staffing specialist is out of the office a co-worker will step in for them, will handle emails and general follow up. I have had to wait several days for a reply from Lindsey, which made me wonder if I made the right decision choosing CareerStaff when there are So many agencies to choose from. I feel her follow up could be better. I had to take several steps for the on-boarding process ( using very solid references etc) and was not placed. I have several agencies that have contacted me and invited me to sign on - again, follow up and an initiative to place new hires (making them feel welcome) would be a big step in helping the Tampa CareerStaff office suceed.

She is an amazing person. I truly appreciate everything that she did for me and more. She took the time to explain about the agency and Select Specialty Hospital to me. She reached out to me and kept me posted via texts and emails. She even went the extra mile and helped me with a certain situation on the Select University website. I am truly happy with her service and love her 🤗🥰🙌🙏🏾💐😊🥳☺️
